As part of our Services, we offer AI-powered products including AI voice agents and automation tools. We provide these AI Products through third-party service providers including ElevenLabs, Anthropic, Google Cloud AI, and OpenAI. Your input, output, and personal information will be shared with and processed by these AI Service Providers to enable your use of our AI Products.

6. How Do We Handle Your Social Logins?

In Short: If you choose to register or log in to our Services using a social media account, we may have access to certain information about you.

Our Services offer you the ability to register and log in using your third-party social media account details. Where you choose to do this, we will receive certain profile information about you from the social media provider, including your name, email address, and profile picture. We will use the information we receive only for the purposes described in this Privacy Notice.

7. SMS Messaging Policy

In Short: We send SMS messages only to users who have explicitly opted in. We never share or sell SMS opt-in data with third parties.

We do not share, sell, rent, or transfer your SMS opt-in consent or your phone number to any third party for their marketing purposes. Your SMS opt-in information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support of our services (such as our SMS delivery provider) is permitted solely for the purpose of delivering messages on our behalf. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

12. Controls for Do-Not-Track Features

Most web browsers and some mobile operating systems include a Do-Not-Track ("DNT") feature or setting you can activate to signal your privacy preference. At this stage no uniform technology standard for recognizing and implementing DNT signals has been finalized, and as such we do not currently respond to DNT browser signals.

Global Privacy Control: We recognize and honor Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals. If you use a browser or extension that supports GPC, we will treat this as a valid request to opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information for targeted advertising purposes.
