Sensitive Information. We do not process sensitive information.

Social Media Login Data. We may provide you with the option to register with us using your existing social media account details. If you choose to register in this way, we will collect certain profile information about you from the social media provider.

5. Do We Offer Artificial Intelligence-Based Products?

In Short: We offer products, features, or tools powered by artificial intelligence, machine learning, or similar technologies.

As part of our Services, we offer AI-powered products including AI voice agents and automation tools. We provide these AI Products through third-party service providers including ElevenLabs, Anthropic, Google Cloud AI, and OpenAI. Your input, output, and personal information will be shared with and processed by these AI Service Providers to enable your use of our AI Products.

6. How Do We Handle Your Social Logins?

In Short: If you choose to register or log in to our Services using a social media account, we may have access to certain information about you.

Our Services offer you the ability to register and log in using your third-party social media account details. Where you choose to do this, we will receive certain profile information about you from the social media provider, including your name, email address, and profile picture. We will use the information we receive only for the purposes described in this Privacy Notice.

7. SMS Messaging Policy

In Short: We send SMS messages only to users who have explicitly opted in. We never share or sell SMS opt-in data with third parties.

SMS Opt-In and Consent

By providing your phone number and checking the SMS consent checkbox on our contact or booking forms, you expressly consent to receive automated SMS text messages from FloodBot AI (Orbis UAV, LLC). These messages may include appointment reminders and confirmations, follow-up messages related to your demo request or inquiry, service-related communications and updates, and responses to inbound messages you initiate.

SMS consent is optional and is not required to submit a form or use our services. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply depending on your carrier and plan.

No Sharing of SMS Opt-In Data

We do not share, sell, rent, or transfer your SMS opt-in consent or your phone number to any third party for their marketing purposes. Your SMS opt-in information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support of our services (such as our SMS delivery provider) is permitted solely for the purpose of delivering messages on our behalf. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

How to Opt Out

You may opt out of receiving SMS messages from us at any time by replying STOP to any message we send. After opting out you will receive a single confirmation message and no further SMS messages will be sent. You may also opt out by contacting us at michael@floodbotai.com.

Reply HELP to any SMS message to receive assistance, or contact us at michael@floodbotai.com. Neither FloodBot AI nor carriers are liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

8. How Long Do We Keep Your Information?

In Short: We keep your information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this Privacy Notice unless otherwise required by law.

We will only keep your personal information for as long as it is necessary for the purposes set out in this Privacy Notice, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law. When we have no ongoing legitimate business need to process your personal information, we will either delete or anonymize such information.

9. How Do We Keep Your Information Safe?

In Short: We aim to protect your personal information through a system of organizational and technical security measures.

We have implemented appropriate and reasonable technical and organizational security measures designed to protect the security of any personal information we process. Opting out of marketing and promotional communications: You can unsubscribe from our marketing and promotional communications at any time by clicking on the unsubscribe link in emails, replying "STOP" to SMS messages, or contacting us directly.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

12. Controls for Do-Not-Track Features

Most web browsers and some mobile operating systems include a Do-Not-Track ("DNT") feature or setting you can activate to signal your privacy preference. At this stage no uniform technology standard for recognizing and implementing DNT signals has been finalized, and as such we do not currently respond to DNT browser signals.

Global Privacy Control: We recognize and honor Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals. If you use a browser or extension that supports GPC, we will treat this as a valid request to opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information for targeted advertising purposes.

California "Shine The Light" Law

California Civil Code Section 1798.83 permits our users who are California residents to request and obtain from us, once a year and free of charge, information about categories of personal information we disclosed to third parties for direct marketing purposes.
